Fullstack HQ may cancel or amend any competition, competition information, or these terms and conditions without prior notice.
This competition is open to Philippines residents only, 18 years and older, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Fullstack HQ, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
The winner will be selected at random.
Winner will be notified through Facebook on 3/16/2020
Should the person selected be a previous winner from the last 6 months, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
For fulfilment purposes only, your details including full name, email, telephone number and address will be required.
The prize shall be sent to the address communicated to Fullstack HQ by the winner.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Competition, no group, mass or software entries will be accepted. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
Fullstack HQ reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
Fullstack HQ will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control or if the Event is cancelled for whatever reason.
In the event that a winner fails to provide details for delivery, is unreachable, is ineligible or fails to claim the prize within the time required (one calendar week), the winner shall forfeit the prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, which shall be the next entry selected at random
Fullstack HQ shall try to deliver the prize to the winner within 30 working days from the date of the draw, unless otherwise specified to the winner. Delivery restrictions may apply.
No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
